Mrs. Lucas has established herself as a distinguished leader in the technology sector, currently serving a Development Executive for Apple at Ingram Micro since 2025. In this capacity, she supports driving growth, enablement, and strategic collaboration accelerating her partners' success. With a reputation for excellence in client delivery and partnership management, Alexis likes to lead with a partner-first approach - ensuring enablement, education, and innovation remain at the core of the partners' experience. Mrs. Lucas was appointed to the advisory board for the Future of Work at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX in 2024. Where she currently contributes to evolving programs based on how artificial intelligence will transform the workforce skills needed to succeed in the future. She also contributed as a thesis judge in 2024, evaluating graduate student presentations from across the country, and was a featured speaker on the Women in Communications Technology panel in 2025.

Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Mrs. Lucas served as a Senior Partner Development Manager at Intermedia Cloud Communications from 2014 to 2025. While there, she built deep distribution knowledge and experience building scalable partner programs, executing proven business development strategies that accelerated reseller growth. Her tenure at Intermedia was marked by recognition for her achievements, such as being named one of the "100 People You Don't Know But Should" by CRN Technology Magazine in 2023, earning Intermedia's President's Club Award in 2019, and the Four Pillars Recognition Award for Character in 2017.

Mrs. Lucas's career began in healthcare at McKesson Corporation from 2006 to 2008, where she specialized in specialty pharmaceuticals. Here, she developed a strong foundation in healthcare that inspired her transition into public policy work. She subsequently joined Capitol Hill working as a Legislative Assistant for the United States Senate from 2009 to 2012, focusing on healthcare, education and labor initiatives for a senior Texas senator. During this period, Mrs. Lucas completed a fellowship under Chaplain Barry Black, the Senate Chaplain, whose leadership and military background provided significant mentorship.

Her academic journey reflects her commitment to excellence and passion for lifelong learning. Mrs. Lucas earned both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Government (MA) from Johns Hopkins University in 2012. While working full-time on Capitol Hill, she attended classes at night to increase her business acumen and deepen her expertise in policy and governance. In 2012, she was named a Bryce Harlow Fellow, a prestigious honor from the Bryce Harlow Foundation. Her educational background has been instrumental in shaping her multifaceted career spanning healthcare, public service, and technology.

Mrs. Lucas is deeply rooted in volunteering in her communities. She is actively engaged in serving on a board for the City of Heath since 2022, was an advisory board member at Texas A&M Texarkana from 2023 to 2024, regularly volunteers at her daughters' schools, and participates in numerous civic engagement activities throughout the year with the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).

Throughout her career, Alexis has been an active participant in supporting open minded industry innovation and collaboration, serving on various advisory councils and contributing to the advancements that benefit the broader technology ecosystem.
