Before joining CX, Ms. Reitan was the senior vice president of finance shared services at Aimbridge Hospitality from 2022 to 2023. Ms. Reitan began her tenure at Aimbridge Hospitality in 2021, where she excelled as the vice president of finance shared services, playing a key role in optimizing business processes and supporting organizational growth.

From 2020 to 2021, Ms. Reitan served as senior director of shared services at Core-Mark International, where she led multiple finance and customer service functions, overseeing a team of more than 150 professionals supporting national accounts and over 40,000 customers across 30 divisions. In this role, she drove transformation initiatives that delivered more than $20 million in impact and achieved approximately $2 million in annual cost savings through centralization and operational improvements.

From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Reitan served as a senior client partner for digital operations and platforms at Wipro Limited, a leading technology services and consulting company. In this role, she partnered with enterprise clients to enhance operational performance and support large-scale transformation initiatives.

Between 2015 and 2019, Ms. Reitan was a senior director of finance and shared services leader at SuperValu, one of the largest grocery wholesalers and retailers in the United States. She played a key role within the leadership team that developed and executed a broader shared services strategy, with direct ownership of relocating the shared services organization from Idaho to Minnesota and coordinating with offshore teams to deliver results within defined timelines. Her leadership contributed to the development of scalable, global operating models tailored to organizations of varying sizes. She first joined SuperValu in 2014 as a senior program manager and finance leader, where she managed complex financial initiatives and supported enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

Ms. Reitan's earlier career included significant achievements at Best Buy. From 2002 to 2004, she served as manager of finance operations before managing post-audit functions between 2004 and 2012. She was later appointed senior program manager for enterprise customer care planning and projects until 2014, leading transformation initiatives that resulted in more than $20 million in cost savings and establishing performance metrics that improved operational outcomes. Ms. Reitan began her professional journey with National Car Rental, where she held various roles within finance for more than a decade.

Ms. Reitan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in finance and accounting with a focus on business management from Cardinal Stritch University. She further enhanced her expertise by obtaining a master's certificate in project management from the University of St. Thomas and a second master's certificate in project management from Villanova University.

Throughout her career, Ms. Reitan has remained actively engaged in professional and industry organizations. She is an executive member of Wednesday Women and a member of CHIEF. Additionally, she participates in Master Networks. Her civic involvement includes nearly a decade of board service with a nonprofit organization, along with continued support of programs that advance women in her community.
