PEWAUKEE, WI, July 29, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jason Gallup, MS HRD, SHRM-CP, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Gallup's distinguished career in human resources leadership is marked by a commitment to employee engagement, operational excellence and transformative change. Over the past three years, he has served as head of human resources for North America at Messer Cutting Systems Inc., where he manages large-scale human resources projects, including human resources information system migrations and comprehensive handbook revisions. In this capacity, he collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic human resources programs and policies. He also oversees daily operations and leads a dedicated team, providing guidance on employee relations, conducting training and development initiatives and coordinating benefits administration with insurance brokers and financial institutions.

In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Gallup's expertise extends to managing seamless onboarding processes, supporting global human resources initiatives by advising international leaders on United States labor laws and regulatory requirements and driving employee engagement strategies to improve retention. He has developed robust talent acquisition approaches to address workforce challenges and attract qualified candidates, building partnerships with local technical schools and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines. His role also involves monitoring labor market trends to inform organizational planning and serving as a strategic advisor on workforce issues.

Mr. Gallup believes that effective human resources leadership is rooted in emotional intelligence, empathy and active listening. He emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive environment where employees feel comfortable sharing concerns, ideas and challenges, viewing his HR office as a welcoming space built on trust and open communication. Committed to understanding employee needs and developing meaningful solutions, he works collaboratively to enhance engagement and workplace satisfaction. In overseeing a multigenerational workforce that spans Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z, he recognizes the importance of adapting communication styles to meet diverse expectations. He maintains that listening remains one of the most powerful and effective tools for fostering a positive employee experience and driving organizational success.

During his tenure at Messer Cutting Systems, Mr. Gallup has been instrumental in transforming the company's approach to employee engagement—particularly within a traditional rust-belt manufacturing environment. He revitalized the human resources department by fostering a culture of trust and high expectations for employee contributions. Recognizing the limitations of previous leadership styles that lacked trust in employees, he championed a shift toward valuing individuals for their unique contributions rather than simply their labor. Under his guidance, managers and supervisors have developed greater emotional intelligence, empowering them to connect empathetically with their teams while maintaining authority. Mr. Gallup also played a pivotal role in bringing new executive leadership into the organization, including appointing a chief executive officer and chief financial officer from outside the company—a move that has driven significant growth and progress.

Prior to his current position, he was the director of human resources at Complete Mobile Dentistry, Inc. and Complete Dental Staffing LLC for the preceding three years. In this role, he oversaw contractor dental staff for the U.S. Army across the nation, navigating complex regulatory environments while ensuring business continuity during unprecedented times.

Between 2018 and 2020, Mr. Gallup held dual roles as director of human resources and human resources manager at Great Wolf Lodge Resorts. Initially based at the corporate office/call center in Madison, Wisconsin, he was later promoted to director of human resources at the Wisconsin Dells resort location. There, he led recruitment efforts and managed all aspects of employee relations during a period of significant organizational change. He contributed as a human resources manager at The TJX Companies Inc. for three years, where he improved store operations as a fixer.

Mr. Gallup's earlier experience includes returning to Target as executive team leader for logistics from 2013 to 2015 after several years at Kohl's Department Stores from 2007 to 2013 as human resource manager. His leadership journey began during his college years, when he spent four summers as Aquatics Director for the Boy Scouts of America, overseeing staff development, safety, and program operations. He later completed his first tenure with Target from 2003 to 2006 as a Guest Service Executive Team Leader, further expanding his operational and leadership experience.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gallup has furthered his professional standing through active membership in the Metro Milwaukee SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management, and Beta Theta Pi fraternity. His academic achievements were completed under challenging circumstances. He finished a Master of Science in human resources development at Villanova University in 2018 while balancing full-time employment and long commutes and earned a bachelor's degree in liberal studies and communication from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh while commuting between Madison and Oshkosh after overcoming significant medical challenges during his undergraduate years.

Additionally, Mr. Gallup participated in an international student program at University College London in England in 2001. His professional credentials include certification as an SHRM-certified professional, an HR business partner certificate from Villanova, and completion of the Service Contract Act of 1965 training, among many others.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Gallup attributes much of his success to the unwavering support provided by his wife, Hayley, and his Ohana family, along with encouragement from friends, close family, parents, and his sister—especially during periods of adversity like health-related setbacks. Their understanding underscored the importance of mental health while enabling him to pursue personal interests like gardening, baking, and cooking without resentment but rather gratitude for their steadfast presence.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Gallup is deeply engaged in civic activities reflecting his commitment to community support. At Messer Cutting Systems, he has led initiatives like the Versiti Blood Center onsite donations, food drives for Hunger Task Force and a team captain for Susan G. Komen Walks. He has also led Operation Gratitude letter-writing campaigns supporting veterans and service members, along with other volunteer work.

Mr. Gallup's dedication has been recognized with numerous awards, including Top Workplaces in Wisconsin by The Wisconsin State Journal in 2022, regional executive of the quarter by Marshalls Regional Management in 2017 and store of the year by Kohl's Corporate Office in 2008. He also received an Eagle Scout distinction from the Boy Scouts of America, a Vigil member of the Order of the Arrow and was a Guest VIBE Award Winner at Target.

In his free time, Mr. Gallup enjoys traveling, visiting national parks, spending time with family and friends, taking his dog Pippa out, golfing, baking, cooking, and building Star Wars Lego sets, which provides him a sense of peace after long days. Looking ahead, he envisions continued growth at Messer Cutting Systems, contributing further through optimization, enhanced training programs, policy work, leadership development—particularly among middle management—improved branding efforts and fostering an inclusive culture that positions Messer as an employer of choice within its industry.
