The centers offer infant care, toddler, and preschool programs with comprehensive kindergarten readiness curricula and graduation ceremonies, as well as summer and school vacation care featuring off-site field trips and swim lessons.

Ms. Caputo's leadership is defined by her commitment to fostering a corporate culture centered on female empowerment. Recognizing that the child care sector predominantly employs women—many of whom are single parents—she has prioritized recruitment and professional support for women within her organization. She designed workplace policies that allow employees to bring their own children to work, directly addressing the needs of working mothers and creating a supportive environment that balances professional responsibilities with personal childcare.

Operationally, Ms. Caputo focuses on business infrastructure rather than classroom teaching or directorship roles. Her responsibilities encompass directing human resources and payroll, overseeing hiring and onboarding processes, managing advertising campaigns, handling finances and budgets, searching for grants, leading fundraising initiatives, executing community outreach across four towns and ensuring annual state relicensing compliance. She manages a workforce of 44 full-time and 10 part-time employees and frequently steps in to cover classroom shifts when needed.

Before founding Dipody Doo Child Learning and Development, Ms. Caputo built a robust foundation during her 23-year tenure in corporate banking, where she managed multiple branches for what would become TD Bank following several acquisitions. Her experience in financial management, staff supervision and customer service provided essential skills that later contributed to her success as an entrepreneur.

Ms. Caputo's educational achievements have played a pivotal role in shaping her career trajectory. She graduated from South High Community School in Worcester in 1983 before earning an associate degree in business from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester in 1985. Driven by her passion for early childhood education and entrepreneurship, she returned to academia while managing her new business and raising her daughter. In 2015, she completed a bachelor's degree in liberal arts with a minor in childhood education at Bay Path University of Longmeadow in the Sturbridge location —a milestone she regards as transformative for both her personal growth and professional development.

In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Caputo holds a lead teacher certification through the Massachusetts Early Education and Care that enables her to step into classroom roles when necessary. Her ambition and genuine passion for her work have been central to her achievements; she describes herself as highly driven but not a workaholic—her motivation stems from a deep love for what she does.

Ms. Caputo is actively engaged in civic life through various associations and charitable initiatives. She is an auxiliary member of the American Legion in Spencer and participates as secretary for the American Legion Riders.
