HERNDON, VA, August 05, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thiruchelvan "TC" Ratnapuri has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Ratnapuri is a technology entrepreneur and social impact leader whose career has been shaped by a commitment to solving problems at their root. After more than three decades in technology, he now applies his experience in systems thinking, organizational leadership and collaboration to advancing holistic education for children.
He currently serves as Social Impact Architect at Collective Global Impact, a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit he founded in 2025 with close friends from his undergraduate and professional circles. The organization focuses on holistic child development, particularly in K–12 education. Collective Global Impact is working toward a fully integrated, neuro-inclusive education system that supports every aspect of a child's wellbeing. Its vision is for children of all socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, cultures, and abilities to receive the care and skills they need to lead meaningful, productive and responsible lives.
The organization has launched its first proof-of-concept site in partnership with Pratham. Its approach builds on models that have demonstrated success around the world and brings together accomplished nonprofit organizations within a shared framework. By helping these organizations collaborate and combine their expertise, Collective Global Impact aims to develop an effective model that can be strengthened and eventually scaled.
Before moving into social impact, Mr. Ratnapuri co-founded Enquizit Inc. with his wife in 2002, serving as its president until 2012, when he took on the role of chief executive officer. He led the company with the belief that technology should serve the greater good. By choosing not to accept outside investment or loans, Enquizit preserved its independence and remained focused on work that created public value.
Under his leadership, Enquizit contributed to platforms such as Common App, which streamlines the college application process; Login.gov, which enables secure access to U.S. government services; and the U.S. Small Business Administration's certification system for small businesses. The company also supported cloud transformation projects for Harvard University, the Wharton School and New York University, and modernized critical systems for the U.S. Departments of Labor and Transportation.
Enquizit became an Amazon Web Services Premier Partner specializing in cloud migration and application modernization. In 2023, Mr. Ratnapuri led the company's sale to CDW and remained through June 2025 to oversee its transition and integration.
Prior to Enquizit, he served as vice president of software services at OPNET Inc. and Datafore Inc. from 1996 to 2002. He began his career as a software engineer at API, where he worked from 1992 to 1994.
Mr. Ratnapuri's expertise spans cloud transformation, machine learning and artificial intelligence, agile software development, DevOps, continuous integration, strategic planning and cost-conscious operations. A defining feature of Mr. Ratnapuri's leadership and a central part of Enquizit's success was his approach to building well-rounded teams. He intentionally brought together people with different personalities, identities, experiences and skills, believing that diversity strengthens a team only when it is supported by deep mutual trust and respect. His leadership model ensured that divergent voices were fully represented and that every team member had equal and meaningful space to contribute, challenge ideas and collaborate. This deliberate practice enabled Enquizit to address complex problems and foster innovation across a wide range of public sector and educational initiatives, shaping Mr. Ratnapuri's current work in the social impact realm.
He holds a master's degree in computer engineering from Louisiana State University, earned in 1992, and a bachelor's degree in instrumentation and control engineering from Bharathiar University, completed in 1990. He also holds several AWS cloud certifications. His scholarly work includes co-authoring "On the Power of Segmenting and Fusing Buses" and "Sorting on Reconfigurable Multiple Bus Machines," both presented at major engineering symposiums.
Beyond his professional work, Mr. Ratnapuri volunteers with Social Venture Partners International and mentors several small businesses in the Washington, D.C., region. Since the early 2000s, he has regularly performed Indian classical music at fundraising events for nonprofit organizations.
Born in Tamil Nadu, India, he has studied Indian classical singing for nearly two decades. He also enjoys learning piano, hiking, skiing, traveling with his family, exploring Indian film, Hindustani and Carnatic music, and studying aviation systems while working toward his private pilot license.
The thread connecting Mr. Ratnapuri's work is a disciplined focus on root causes: asking 'why' until the underlying problem is understood and building solutions that prevent rather than temporarily repair. From creating technology for public serving institutions to bringing nonprofits together around the development of the whole child, he has consistently combined systems thinking with trusted teams and a long-term view. His professional philosophy works to create systems that outlast him, encouraging long-term results that work towards a more accessible and equitable future.
