Dr. Imhof-Clark's entrepreneurial background includes co-founding Montco Home Professionals in the Greater Philadelphia area in 2017. The business evolved into a multimillion-dollar enterprise featured on the national television series Tough Love with Hilary Farr, which aired on HGTV and Discovery+. As her husband assumed primary responsibility for day-to-day operations, Dr. Imhof-Clark increasingly divided her professional focus between the continued growth of the company and her expanding work in academia, research, and service.

Dr. Imhof-Clark's commitment to service is further reflected in her roles as founder and executive director of For HER Through Him since 2023, a nonprofit organization providing outreach, advocacy, evidence-informed support, consulting, and encouragement to individuals experiencing homelessness and hardship, and as founder and director of Walking With HER since 2023, where she develops educational resources, resilience-focused programming, and consulting initiatives. From 2022 to 2023, she also served as a pastoral counselor with Cuurio C.A.R.E., offering trauma-informed support and seminars rooted in faith-based principles.

Civic engagement has likewise remained central to Dr. Imhof-Clark's career. Since 2020, she has served as board president of East Coast Community Builders in Philadelphia, supporting community development initiatives throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with a focus on empowering at-risk youth from adolescence through early adulthood.

Dr. Imhof-Clark is actively engaged with the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University, holds an executive leadership role with the Human Services Association at Regent University, and participates in executive leadership meetings with the International Positive Psychology Association.

Academically, Dr. Imhof-Clark's journey began at Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2019. She continued her graduate education at Regent University, earning a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling, summa cum laude, with a perfect 4.0 grade point average and the Outstanding Graduate Award in 2023, before completing her Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychological Studies with a perfect 4.0 grade point average in 2025. During her academic career, she was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa and Psi Chi International Honor Society and remains actively engaged with both organizations through mentorship opportunities.

A hallmark of Dr. Imhof-Clark's scholarly contributions is the development of the Late Adolescent Caregiving Experiences Questionnaire (LACE-Q), copyrighted and published in 2025 as part of her doctoral dissertation pilot study. Inspired by the Adverse Childhood Experiences framework, the LACE-Q addresses a critical gap by assessing caregiving experiences among late adolescents between the ages of 15 and 19 and examining their relationship to resilience and flourishing within higher education settings.

Born in Philadelphia in 1988, Dr. Imhof-Clark grew up surrounded by experiences of poverty and was inspired by her mother's determination to build a better life despite lacking a formal education. Encouraged from an early age to value education, she became a first-generation college student, beginning her academic journey at community college. She attributes her success to perseverance, faith, lifelong curiosity, exceptional mentors and colleagues, and a deep desire to serve others, qualities strengthened through her own experiences overcoming adversity.

Outside her professional commitments, Dr. Imhof-Clark is devoted to raising her five children, whose diverse needs and experiences continue to inspire her work as a researcher, educator, and founder. Her experiences caring for both immediate and extended family have further informed her commitment to restoration, resilience, and service. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, spending time outdoors, wildlife photography, and prioritizing personal health and wellness.

Looking ahead, Dr. Imhof-Clark aims to advance Restoration Psychology® through continued research, assessment development, teaching, publication, conference presentations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Her long-term vision is to expand evidence-informed frameworks and practical tools that help individuals intentionally move toward restoration and human flourishing while contributing to the broader scientific understanding of these processes.
