BOZEMAN, MT, August 06, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jacqueline M. Steigleman has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Marked by more than 40 years of diverse business experience and a tireless commitment to helping others, Ms. Steigleman is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Buck Bone Organics in Bozeman, Montana, a natural and healthy dog treat company she established in 2015. For more than a decade, she has overseen all aspects of the business, including managing employees to ensure compliance with regulations during annual audits, overseeing operations and financial management, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Beginning as a family endeavor around her kitchen table with only $1,500 in startup capital, Buck Bone Organics has grown into a nationally recognized brand offering eco-friendly, naturally shed antler products that help promote dogs' dental health while supporting environmental sustainability.

Alongside her family, including her husband, son, daughter and son-in-law, Ms. Steigleman built the company from the ground up without outside investment or assistance. She considers transforming Buck Bone Organics from a kitchen-table startup into a nationally recognized brand to be her proudest professional accomplishment. The challenges and obstacles encountered along the way served as motivation for the entire family to continually improve while maintaining the uncompromising standards on which the company was founded.

Reflecting on her journey, Ms. Steigleman attributes her success to maintaining strong ethics and treating others with compassion and respect. She believes meaningful relationships are more valuable than financial gain and considers her employees part of her extended family. This philosophy is rooted in four generations of entrepreneurial tradition. Her grandfather immigrated to the United States from Italy and established a successful business, followed by her parents, who also built and operated their own business. Continuing that legacy, Ms. Steigleman has dedicated her career to building businesses centered on integrity, innovation and family values.

Prior to founding Buck Bone Organics, Ms. Steigleman reacquired Bates Northern Farm in North Salem, New York, in 2013 after the business had fallen into financial distress. Through strategic leadership and operational improvements, she successfully restored the farm's profitability before selling it in 2015.

From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Steigleman served as manager of The Country Farmer, formerly Bates Northern Farm, where she oversaw daily operations, the garden center and farmers market while continuing her longstanding commitment to agriculture and exceptional customer service.

Previously, from 2006 to 2010, Ms. Steigleman co-founded and served as executive director of Save It Forward Inc., leading initiatives focused on sustainability, recycling and community support.

Earlier in her career, from 1994 to 2001, Ms. Steigleman co-founded and operated Bates Northern Farm with her husband, building the business through a shared passion for agriculture, horticulture and customer service.

Ms. Steigleman began her professional career as a litigation paralegal with Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLC in New York from 1984 to 1990, where she gained valuable legal and business experience that would later serve as a foundation for her entrepreneurial success.

Hailing from an equally impressive academic background, Ms. Steigleman earned an associate degree in liberal arts with concentrations in equine sciences and general studies from Southern Seminary Junior College (now Southern Virginia University). She also completed her paralegal studies through the Connecticut Institute of Paralegal Studies and Sacred Heart University.

After selling Bates Northern Farm in 2015, Ms. Steigleman recognized the opportunities emerging through e-commerce. Inspired by her family's hunting traditions and by watching their beloved dog George's enthusiasm for naturally shed antlers, she launched Buck Bone Organics with a single product. What began as a part-time family venture quickly exceeded expectations and has allowed the family to serve pets and pet owners across the country while continuing to operate the business together.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Steigleman is civically engaged as a sponsor of Retriever Rescue of Las Vegas, further reflecting her commitment to animal welfare. Also leading a rich and fulfilling family life, she is happily married and the proud mother of one daughter and one son.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Steigleman envisions Buck Bone Organics products being available in pet stores of every size throughout the United States while continuing to educate consumers about the benefits of naturally shed antlers for dogs. She remains dedicated to maintaining uncompromising quality standards in an industry often challenged by inferior products, underscoring her legacy of resilience, innovation, ethical business practices and family values.
