ALBUQUERQUE, NM, August 06, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jenna M. Davis has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Davis has established a distinguished career in the paralegal profession, demonstrating expertise in personal injury and civil litigation with meticulous attention to detail. For the past year, she has served as a litigation paralegal at M.V.Parker Law PLLC in Albuquerque, where she is responsible for reviewing cases from pre-litigation through litigation files. Her daily responsibilities include checking dockets for new filings or updates, notifying clients of case developments and responding to inquiries while ensuring that legal advice is only provided by attorneys. Ms. Davis also refers clients to attorneys when legal counsel is required and manages task lists that involve drafting motions, following up on responses, scheduling pretrial activities and preparing orders. After receiving approval, she conducts a final review of documents before filing them with the court and distributing copies to judges or opposing counsel as necessary.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Davis worked as a civil litigation paralegal at Priest & Miller LLP. Her tenure at this latter firm allowed her to expand her knowledge of medical malpractice, slip and falls, and wrongful death and refine her investigative abilities, which have become hallmarks of her professional approach.

Ms. Davis began her paralegal career at Guebert Gentile & Piazza P.C. in Albuquerque, serving as a paralegal from 2021 to 2022 after being promoted from legal assistant—a position she held from 2018 to 2021. Initially joining the firm as a receptionist in 2018, she quickly demonstrated initiative and dedication, earning advancement within four months to legal assistant. After several years in this role, she seized the opportunity to pursue formal education in paralegal studies when a paralegal position became available. The firm supported her educational pursuits, and upon completion of her program—where she graduated at the top of her class—she assumed the role of paralegal.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Davis worked as a digital media specialist at Rates Advertising in Albuquerque from 2017 to 2018. She also served as an administrative assistant at Melloy Dodge from 2015 to 2017 and as a receptionist at CRIF Lending Solutions from 2014 to 2015. Her initial experience in the legal field began as a legal assistant at Little Bradley & Nesbitt P.A., where she worked from 2012 to 2014.

Throughout her career in the paralegal industry, Ms. Davis has been recognized for her ability to investigate and uncover small but significant details that can determine the outcome of cases. Her commitment to excellence is further reflected by her active membership in the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc.

Academically, Ms. Davis's achievements have played a pivotal role in shaping her professional journey. She earned an associate degree in paralegal studies from Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque in 2023, graduating at the top of her class. She also holds an associate degree in digital communication and media with a focus on multimedia from Central New Mexico Community College and an associate degree in integrated studies from the same institution.

Among her academic honors are induction into Phi Theta Kappa and placement on the Dean's List at Central New Mexico Community College. Notably, Ms. Davis was awarded the New Century Workforce Pathway Scholarship as well as the New Mexico Coca-Cola Century Workforce Scholarship—distinguishing herself as the only student in New Mexico to receive this recognition.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Davis attributes much of her resilience and perseverance to the influence of her father, who served twenty-five years in the military. His example instilled values of dedication and adaptability that have guided her through periods of uncertainty and transition—particularly when she was compelled to reassess her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian after discovering an allergy during a job-shadowing experience at Banfield Veterinary Hospital.

Ms. Davis' early exposure to various roles—from file clerk at a foreclosure office to receptionist and legal assistant—provided valuable insights into different facets of law and business operations. These experiences reinforced her belief that careers can be restarted or redirected at any stage and that personal growth is an ongoing process.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Davis was born in Lancaster and enjoys camping with her puppy, hiking in locations such as the Manzano Mountains, Durango and Vallecito Lake in Colorado and spending time outdoors appreciating nature's beauty. She attends Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando every October and enjoys international travel along with adventurous activities like amusement park rides, zip-lining, bungee jumping, water rappelling and cave spelunking.

Looking ahead, Ms. Davis plans to obtain her registered paralegal credential and subsequently take the National Association of Legal Assistants exam to become a certified registered paralegal. She encourages others to focus on their own journey rather than comparing themselves to others, emphasizing that success is not defined by having every step planned or achieving perfection. She believes that by remaining true to their individual goals, embracing change and staying committed to personal growth, individuals can achieve their aspirations.
