GREENVILLE, SC, August 11, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tara Michelle Sanzone has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Building on a decade of experience and growth in the industry, Ms. Sanzone has served as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) systems, product and solutions manager for Bode North America. In this capacity, she oversees the technical and commercial development of transportation access systems. Ms. Sanzone is involved in every step of the process of designing new trains, from initial proposal to design to production, operating as a single point of contact for customers and stakeholders at each stage. She demonstrates a holistic view of Bode's services, collaborating with colleagues across engineering, management, production and sales.

Ms. Sanzone began her career in 2017 as an engineer with Ford Motor Company in Mexico. Despite being new to the field, she made a major impact, obtaining four patents focused on improving existing products and manufacturing processes. Representing Ms. Sanzone's most significant accomplishments, these patents were granted internationally across China, Germany, Mexico and the United States. She also implemented measurable improvements to engineering and manufacturing at Ford. She was promoted to the position of project management officer before leaving the company in 2022 and supported the development of such vehicles as the Bronco, Bronco Sport, F-150 and Maverick.

Immediately prior to joining Bode North America, Ms. Sanzone was affiliated with Michelin for two years as a project manager. During this fruitful appointment, she helped develop aerodynamic solutions for trucks and trailers, including components that enhanced fuel efficiency and reduced carbon dioxide emissions. Ms. Sanzone was granted a fifth patent related to these efforts. By the end of her tenure at Michelin, she oversaw machine modifications at one of the largest tire plants in North America.

In addition to her primary vocation, Ms. Sanzone has pursued noteworthy entrepreneurial endeavors, solidifying her strategic planning and team management capabilities. Her success in these ventures illustrates the leadership, initiative and versatility that have defined her professional journey. Across every opportunity, Ms. Sanzone has spearheaded innovations in the development of safety-critical products and transportation solutions. She has gracefully balanced cost optimization with the integration of engineering concepts into production pipelines.

Before embarking on her career, Ms. Sanzone sought a strong academic foundation. She earned a bachelor's degree in mechatronics, robotics and automation engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Mexico, graduating with honors in 2017. While studying, Ms. Sanzone gained early experience as a project designer and developer for an automation company, further solidifying her interest in product development and manufacturing. She was hired by Ford Motor Company shortly after her graduation.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Ms. Sanzone has continued her professional development with a wide range of certifications, including in part design, complex modeling, digital manufacturing, project management and systems engineering. These credentials reflect a deliberate commitment to ongoing growth, learning from industry leaders, and expansion of technical expertise. Ms. Sanzone also emphasizes the global nature of these efforts, which have included significant time spent outside of the United States and Mexico. Most recently, she relocated to Germany to gain a deeper understanding of Bode's operations and to grow her international exposure.

Equally recognized for her work as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Sanzone has volunteered to help develop and support a career path for women in engineering at multiple colleges and universities in Mexico. She has previously organized an event for women of color in the industry. As a minority in the field, Ms. Sanzone views the support she received from colleagues as crucial, helping her to gain perspective and build confidence in herself early in her career. She also credits her mother and father, who consistently encouraged her to work hard, celebrated her achievements and made sacrifices to ensure that she could receive the best education possible.

Beyond her professional success, Ms. Sanzone enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports and traveling. As she continues her journey, she strives to reach her full potential, seizing every opportunity for growth along the way. In just 10 years, Ms. Sanzone has already established an impactful legacy of engineering innovation, industrialization and leadership. Whether it's through patents, advancements in safety, or initiatives that bring together deep engineering and manufacturing insights, she remains devoted to facilitating solutions that create lasting value and practical improvements for manufacturers, operators and passengers.
