IVYLAND, PA, August 11, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sandra Lee Greenhalgh, SHRM-CP, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Mrs. Greenhalgh currently serves as director of human resources at Stockwell Elastomerics in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a position she has held since 2019. Upon joining the company, she was tasked with building the human resources function from the ground up. Stockwell Elastomerics transitioned to an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) in 2017. At that time, the organization had approximately 60 employees, and the controller was managing both financial accounting and human resources responsibilities. Recognizing the need for dedicated leadership in this area, Mrs. Greenhalgh assumed full responsibility for all human resources operations.

In her role, Ms. Greenhalgh has established comprehensive policies and procedures, redesigned the Onboarding experience, redesigned the company meeting, developed a Stockwell U Team to hold 4-6 events throughout the year, implemented performance evaluation software as well as training program and Learning management software to support organizational growth. She manages the in-house payroll system with Paychex for tax reporting and is instrumental in developing the company culture as Stockwell Elastomerics has expanded to 132 employees. As a one-person department, she serves on the strategic leadership team, participates in high-level decision-making, and executes initiatives across the organization. Her efforts have been pivotal in shaping a collaborative and inclusive workplace environment.

Prior to her tenure at Stockwell Elastomerics, Mrs. Greenhalgh co-owned and served as general manager of O'Donnell's Irish Pub for ten years. In this capacity, she oversaw every aspect of launching and operating the business, including construction management, hiring, training, handbook development, uniform selection and marketing. She was responsible for scheduling, event planning, ordering supplies, payroll administration and a broad range of human resources functions until the business was sold.

Before entering the hospitality industry, Mrs. Greenhalgh worked as a sales coordinator for a family-owned flooring sales company. She managed customer relations for seven sales representatives across three locations in three states. Her responsibilities expanded to include payroll processing, accounts receivable and accounts payable during periods of staffing shortages.

Mrs. Greenhalgh began her professional journey at Lincoln Investment Planning in 2002 and remained there until 2008. There, she obtained her Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses through FINRA and served as a liaison between the parent company in Jenkintown and a California-based sales group, while working directly with customers.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Greenhalgh has maintained active memberships in several industry-related organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), MEA – A Manufacturing Forum Group and Vistage Worldwide Inc., reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development.

Her academic achievements are among her proudest accomplishments. Mrs. Greenhalgh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human resources management from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University) in 2010. She is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in organizational management with a concentration in human resources through an online program. These educational pursuits have provided her with foundational knowledge and advanced skills that have been instrumental in her ability to build operations from inception across both manufacturing and hospitality sectors.

Mrs. Greenhalgh holds several professional certifications, including a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM, 2026 to 2029), as well as Series 6 and Series 63 licenses from FINRA.

She attributes her success to a generational work ethic instilled by her grandparents and parents, a value system she has passed on to her daughter. Guided by her father's advice to always strive for excellence regardless of position or task, Mrs. Greenhalgh approaches each day with determination to optimize performance and deliver genuine care through her work.

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Mrs. Greenhalgh is deeply engaged in civic activities. She has volunteered for several years with MaPaw Siberian Husky Rescue and Showtime Charities. Additionally, she coordinates event-based fundraising efforts for various nonprofit organizations and leads localized relief initiatives supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

Born in Fox Chase, Philadelphia, Mrs. Greenhalgh enjoys outdoor fitness activities, including going walking and going to the gym. She loves Sunday dinners with her entire extended family and dedicates herself to her growing family as a recent grandmother following her daughter's 2022 marriage and the birth of her granddaughter. She also enjoys spending time with her dog.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Greenhalgh's immediate goal is to complete her Master of Business Administration degree while considering broader aspirations.
