LONG BEACH, CA, August 13, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tyrone French has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. French's career shows a strong commitment to financial literacy, veteran advocacy, and economic empowerment. Since 2001, he has been the founder of Tyrone French & Associates in Long Beach, California, and he has dedicated his expertise to helping active-duty military personnel, their families, and veterans achieve financial security.

Through this organization, Mr. French established the TF Wealth Club, which stands as his most notable achievement. We teach financial literacy and promote economic empowerment by meeting people where they are on their financial journey. Drawing from his own experiences in the military, where he received payment twice a month but still lived paycheck to paycheck, Mr. French recognized the importance of disciplined investing and long-term planning. He now helps young enlisted service members understand how small, consistent investments can grow significantly over time through compounding, potentially reaching substantial sums when adjusted for inflation.

Additionally, Mr. French works closely with veterans through the TF Wealth Club to ensure they are aware of and able to access their Veterans Affairs benefits. Many veterans are unaware of the full range of benefits available to them until someone explains the process. Mr. French guides both veterans and their spouses through accessing services and facilities, such as military base exchanges and commissaries, emphasizing that starting at the foundational level opens up further opportunities for support. He also directs veterans to seek help for free from Veterans Service Officers (VSO), through the Veterans Administration.

Since 2006, Mr. French has also held the position of broker division specialist with LegalShield. In this capacity, he has expanded his reach in providing legal, estate, and tax services to a broad audience, furthering his mission of economic empowerment and security.

Earlier in his career, Mr. French worked as an agent with New York Life Insurance Company. During this period, he developed a deep understanding of life insurance products and honed his ability to serve clients from diverse backgrounds. His focus on selling smaller policies to a larger audience helped make life insurance accessible to more families. Before entering the financial services sector, Mr. French was employed by McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company in Long Beach, beginning in 1988. He began as an electrical inspector before advancing to quality assurance administrator, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail in a highly technical environment.

Mr. French's career began on September 2, 1981, when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy in San Diego, California, as a non-designated airman. Assigned to Squadron VQ1, Naval Air Station, Agana, Guam, which was recognized as the U.S. Navy's top reconnaissance squadron, he initially worked as a compartment cleaner before expressing interest in avionics technology. With mentorship from a first-class petty officer, Mr. French passed the necessary examination on his first attempt and became an anti-submarine warfare technician third class. His naval service concluded in 1988 as a second-class petty officer with two honorable discharges.

Mr. French's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Financial Planning Certificate from the University of Phoenix (April 2027). He also completed studies in insurance and financial services at The American College of Financial Services in 2005. Mr. French's credentials include a certificate in personal finance from the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education, an Accredited Financial Counselor designation, and a license as a Life Agent in the State of California. For the purpose of continuing education in his chosen and beloved profession.

Throughout his career, Mr. French has demonstrated expertise in financial education, financial literacy, life insurance, final expense, and retirement planning. His membership in the Veterans Chamber of Commerce further underscores his ongoing commitment to supporting those who have served.

Beyond his primary career achievements, Mr. French is developing the Tyrone French Foundation with an emphasis on teaching financial literacy and economic empowerment for future generations. He is also an active contributor to Children's Hospital Los Angeles and Children's Hospital Long Beach, causes that hold personal significance due to family experiences with pediatric medical care.

As an author, Mr. French published "Closing the Wealth Gap" in 2017, a book that provides readers with practical guidance on financial planning, estate management, and affordable legal advice through integrated video content. He also hosts the podcast "Closing The Wealth Gap," where he continues educating listeners about building income-producing assets and achieving financial independence through business and investment endeavors.

A sense of purpose has guided Mr. French throughout his professional life. He attributes his success to caring deeply about others' financial wellness and striving to add economic value rather than focusing solely on earning an income. Given his military accomplishments, Mr. French has been recognized by his peers for his exemplary performance.

Looking ahead, Mr. French plans to continue expanding his business while developing his foundation focused on financial literacy and economic empowerment. He is committed to keeping his enterprise within the family and building generational wealth for future descendants.
