Before assuming her current role, Ms. Schneider was the school director at Primrose School of Ashburn in Ashburn, Virginia from 2013 to 2014. There, she contributed her knowledge of early childhood program management and continued to build on her reputation for excellence in educational leadership.
From 2008 to 2013, Ms. Schneider operated as a business consultant with S & S Consulting-Early Childhood Education in Ashburn, Virginia. In this position, she supported approximately 14 schools throughout the region, lending her expertise to improve their administrative processes and educational outcomes.
Ms. Schneider's earlier tenure as administrator and director at Open Arms Christian Child Development Center in Ashburn, Virginia lasted from 1999 to 2008.
