Prior to becoming a partner, Ms. Ostrager served as an associate at Sullivan and Cromwell LLP, where she developed her skills in litigation, employment law, white-collar investigations and high-stakes internal and government investigations. Her responsibilities included providing employment advisory work, arbitration and mediation services, as well as offering high-stakes employment advice to clients.

Before joining Sullivan and Cromwell LLP as an associate, Ms. Ostrager gained invaluable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Dennis Jacobs at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from 2010 to 2011. During the preceding year, she clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Wesley at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Her career began with a summer associate position at Sullivan and Cromwell LLP in 2008, where she first demonstrated her aptitude for complex legal matters and began building relationships that would support her future advancement within the firm.

Ms. Ostrager's academic background has been foundational to her success. She earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2009 after completing a BA in politics at Princeton University in 2005. She also maintains membership in the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar. Overall, she credits much of her professional growth to the willingness of partners who preceded her to invest time and provide opportunities for mentorship, combined with her own dedication to hard work and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Ms. Ostrager's civic involvement extends beyond her legal practice, serving as an interviewer for Princeton University.
