At that time, a business analyst managed a manual testing process reliant on an extensive test plan of spreadsheets. Updating even minor functionalities could take several weeks. Recognizing the need for efficiency while respecting existing processes, Mr. Luhtanen built trust with stakeholders and assembled an engineering team to automate the process within two months. Earlier in his career, Mr. Luhtanen served as a system integrations specialist at Docutech in Idaho Falls, Idaho from 2013 to 2014. Between 2010 and 2013, he worked as an information technology service desk analyst at AHIS Service Desk in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Mr. Luhtanen's professional journey began at Dynatek Inc./ISGN in Livonia, Michigan, where he was employed from 1997 to 2009 as a senior technical and product analyst. This formative experience allowed him to develop foundational skills in software analysis and product support that would shape his future career trajectory.
