Ms. Bradshaw is a senior operating executive and advisor with more than two decades of experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial operations and large-scale organizational change. Since 2025, Ms. Bradshaw has led Bradshaw Hunter Ventures, through which she serves as an operating advisor to private equity-backed digital, software and AI-enabled businesses. She partners with founders, chief executives and investors on enterprise value creation, digital revenue growth, artificial intelligence commercialization, customer experience modernization, go-to-market effectiveness and operating model design. Her advisory work includes helping companies improve digital conversion, optimize customer journeys, reduce cost-to-serve and translate technology and AI investments into measurable revenue and margin outcomes.
Prior to launching Bradshaw Hunter Ventures, Ms. Bradshaw spent six years with Comcast Cable in Philadelphia, serving in several senior executive leadership positions most recently as Chief Digital Officer and SVP of Customer Experience and Platforms.
At Comcast, Ms. Bradshaw was brought in to improve revenue performance, reduce cost-to-serve and transform the operating model across a large, complex customer base supported by fragmented legacy systems. She led a 200-person organization with five vice president-level direct reports across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition and retention, experimentation, analytics and product and platform management. During her tenure, she helped significantly expand digital adoption and self-service across sales and service channels. The proportion of customers using digital experiences increased from approximately 50% to 85%, while AI-enabled customer service automation eliminated more than 27 million customer calls and generated more than $100 million in cost savings. She also helped grow eCommerce from 38% to 49% of total sales, while improving conversion and expanding margins.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Bradshaw spent more than a decade with Virgin Media and Liberty Global across Ireland, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Her roles included Vice President, Customer Experience Transformation, from 2017 to 2018; Director of Digital, Liberty Global, from 2013 to 2017; and Head of Marketing & Digital, Virgin Media Ireland, from 2006 to 2013. During this period, she built and led centralized digital capability across European operations, establishing eCommerce, digital marketing and analytics capabilities and helping position digital as a primary growth and service channel. She led customer journey standardization across more than eight European markets, launched digital self-service platforms and helped reduce reliance on higher-cost service models. Ms. Bradshaw also led the post-acquisition integration of two Irish telecommunications businesses, each serving more than 200,000 customers, aligning their brands, customer experiences and go-to-market execution. Her work across Liberty Global and Virgin Media helped standardize platforms and processes across operating units while improving scalability, conversion and cost-to-serve.
She began her career as Head of Marketing at Smart Telecom in Dublin, Ireland, from 2003 to 2006, where she owned customer acquisition and go-to-market strategy for broadband and landline products and helped launch new offerings and drive early subscriber growth.
Ms. Bradshaw earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business Studies from the University of Limerick in 2002. She has also completed executive development programs through Harvard CTAM, Stanford Women in Cable Telecommunications, the Confederation of British Industry, IMD, the London School of Economics and Liberty Global.
Ms. Bradshaw has contributed to a number of advisory and leadership organizations. She has served on the Enterprise Ireland Tech Group Advisory Board since 2021, the American Red Cross Southeastern Pennsylvania Advisory Board from 2023 to 2025, and as an Advisory Group Member for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia from 2023 to 2025. She also served as UK President and Treasurer of Women in Cable Telecommunications from 2014 to 2018.
Ms. Bradshaw has also been recognized internationally for her leadership in digital transformation, including being named among the Top 100 Chief Digital Officers in the World by HotTopics for three consecutive years from 2022 through 2024.
