With more than 20 years of experience spanning nursing, medical aesthetics, clinical operations and executive leadership, Ms. White serves as Chief Operations Officer of Gawley Companies. The Scottsdale-based organization includes MD Plastic Surgery, MDSKIN and North Scottsdale Outpatient Surgery Center.
In her executive role, Ms. White leads the organization's clinical, financial, operational and cultural strategies. She is responsible for developing high-performing teams, strengthening the patient experience, improving financial performance and creating scalable systems across the company's medical aesthetics, plastic surgery and ambulatory surgery operations.
Ms. White is particularly recognized for combining clinical expertise with business strategy. An experienced nurse injector and aesthetics executive, she understands both the delivery of patient care and the operational infrastructure required to build successful practices. Her work has included provider education, compensation modeling, patient conversion strategy, organizational development, vendor management, capital-equipment planning and the implementation of growth strategies that have produced seven-figure increases in aesthetic revenue. Among her most meaningful accomplishments has been her ability to lead organizations and teams through periods of rapid growth, acquisition and operational change while maintaining employee retention above 95 percent. She has also developed patient-experience strategies that improved Net Promoter Scores to more than 90 and significantly increased the sale of high-value treatment packages.
Alongside her leadership at Gawley Companies, Ms. White has served as principal consultant of KWS Consulting since 2022. Through this work, she advises medical spas, physicians and aesthetic organizations throughout the United States on scalable revenue models, leadership structure, provider development, compensation strategy and operational alignment. She is known for helping ownership and clinical teams establish trust, improve profitability and create environments in which providers can grow professionally and financially. Her national aesthetics experience also includes serving as chief operations officer of Alchemy 43, a multi-location aesthetics organization. In that role, she contributed to the operational development of a growing consumer aesthetics platform and helped implement systems designed to support its team and expansion.
From 2018 to 2021, Ms. White served as chief operating officer of Southwest Memorial Hospital, where she oversaw clinical quality, compliance and financial performance for multisite clinics and a critical-access hospital. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. White led the development of Colorado's first drive-through testing center. The initiative reflected her ability to respond decisively during a public-health emergency, build partnerships quickly and create an accessible model of care for the surrounding community.
Ms. White also served as vice president of clinical operations for Atlas Healthcare Partners from 2017 to 2020. She oversaw clinical development and onboarding for 12 ambulatory surgery centers developed through a joint venture with Banner Health. Her responsibilities included facility licensing, accreditation preparation, staffing, capital purchasing and the operational development of new surgery centers.
Throughout her career, Ms. White has remained connected to direct patient care and provider development. She has more than 20 years of experience as a practicing injector and has completed advanced education in injectables, energy-based devices, threads, biostimulators and radiofrequency microneedling. She has also served as a laser safety officer and has been recognized as an expert injector by Allergan and Merz.
Ms. White earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She also holds a Master of Education in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Northern Arizona University. Additionally, she completed a post-master's certificate in executive health care leadership through Cornell University.
She attributes her success to her ability to connect clinical excellence with operational discipline. Her leadership philosophy is centered on the belief that strong financial performance begins with strong people.
