Before his current role, Mr. Lovvorn worked his way from the bottom to the top as the CEO of Lovvorn Construction from 2017 to 2025. During this period, he managed the transition from traditional building projects to a model that emphasized internal trade management and prioritized site preparation over full-scale construction. His leadership was instrumental in positioning the company for its eventual rebranding as RE-SITE.

His career began at Lovvorn Construction in 1998, where he served as vice president until 2017. Entering the family business immediately after graduating from high school, Mr. Lovvorn started with hands-on responsibilities — sweeping floors and mastering foundational tasks before advancing through every aspect of the operation. He became highly skilled at each stage, including laying the foundations of buildings and eventually managing crews responsible for those critical components. This comprehensive experience provided him with high-level expertise in operations and business development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lovvorn has demonstrated a commitment to innovation by exploring new ideas and pathways for business growth. He is recognized as an expert in operations and high-level business development strategies. As a sponsoring member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Network, he maintains active engagement with industry peers. Mr. Lovvorn's educational journey reflects his dedication to continuous improvement. Recognizing a gap in his knowledge after years in the field, he pursued formal education at age 34, completing the Certified Financial Planning course at the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in 2014. To further enhance his skills as a developer, he earned a certificate in real estate investing and analysis from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania in 2024. This training equipped him with advanced analytical tools for budgeting and cost analysis for real estate models.

Mr. Lovvorn attributes his success to extensive hands-on experience and a philosophy centered on mastering every role before advancing to higher levels of responsibility. He believes that true achievement comes from rigorous training and hard work rather than relying solely on family connections or specific technical skills.
