DALLAS, TX, September 16, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ryan P. Bok has been recognized for achievement in elevator modernization, elevator sales and consulting.

Mr. Bok currently serves as vice president at Persohn/Hahn Associates Inc Consultants, a position he has held since 2025. In this capacity, he oversees central-region operations from Houston to Chicago, manages modernization projects and consults on elevator design and engineering. He leads conceptual planning for new-construction elevator systems, sizes and engineers elevator cars for commercial projects and acts as a specialist consultant across multiple company verticals. His expertise in elevator modernization, sales and consulting is widely recognized within the industry.

From 2018 to 2025, Mr. Bok was a sales consultant with KONE Corporation. During his tenure, he distinguished himself as a leader in the modernization vertical, culminating in his recognition as Global Sales Champion in 2025. This award recognized him as the top international sales performer in the modernization category and made him the first American to win this honor in the program's first three years. In that record-breaking year, Mr. Bok generated $48 million in sales, following notable achievements of $22 million and $28 million in consecutive years during the pandemic. His consistent performance earned him membership in the President's Club for four consecutive years, and contracts he negotiated during this period continue to generate business for KONE, with his name still appearing on active agreements.

From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Bok served as a senior account executive at PEAK Elevator Performance Group. He contributed to business development initiatives and supported client relationships during a period of growth for the company. Prior to this role, he was vice president of business development at Applied Elevator Service and Sales Inc from 2013 to 2015, where he expanded market reach and established new partnerships.

From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Bok worked as a business development manager at AAA Building Maintenance LLC. In this role, he focused on janitorial and custodial sales throughout Denver, which ultimately led him to the elevator industry. His career began in construction as a superintendent at Rocky Mountain Fencing in 2011.

While attending Colorado State University, Mr. Bok served as the Ram Wrestling Club president from 2007 to 2010 and as the sports club advisor from 2008 to 2010. He also gained early management experience as a field manager at Designs by Sundown from 2002 to 2008.

Mr. Bok holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in international business from Colorado State University, awarded in 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish language and literature from Colorado State University in 2009. His academic background has been instrumental in his professional accomplishments, providing him with cross-cultural communication skills and a global perspective that have supported his work in international sales and consulting environments.

He credits his family for much of his success, especially his older brother Nathan, whose athletic example inspired him to compete at higher levels from an early age. The wrestling community — including high school and college coaches — also played a significant role in shaping Mr. Bok's work ethic and character.

Mr. Bok's entry into the elevator industry was serendipitous. While mapping out Denver's commercial landscape through cold calling for janitorial sales, he met an individual selling elevator maintenance services who recognized his understanding of building ownership and management. This connection led to an introduction to an independent elevator contractor who offered him a more secure position with a draw-based salary. Although new to elevators at that time, Mr. Bok's strong sales skills and willingness to learn enabled him to quickly gain technical knowledge by splitting his time between sales responsibilities and shadowing technicians.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Bok has demonstrated a commitment to civic engagement through leadership roles, including serving as regional president of Rotaract from 2011 to 2015 and as a governing member of the Colorado State University Sports Club. His involvement with Rotary International began as a high school senior, when he participated in a gap-year foreign exchange program in Madrid, Spain — an experience that led to years of continued participation in Rotaract, even after relocating to Dallas.

In addition to his career achievements, Mr. Bok has been honored with several awards, including Global Sales Champion at KONE in 2025 and President's Club recognition from 2021 to 2024.

Born in Denver, Mr. Bok is the middle child of three siblings whose parents originally hailed from the Midwest before meeting in Denver. His older brother Nathan works in light construction material sales in Denver, while his younger sister Alex is employed by an intellectual property protection technology startup in Portland, Oregon.

Outside of work, Mr. Bok enjoys serving as commissioner for his fantasy football league, golfing, traveling with friends and spending time with his goldendoodle named Reba — named after country singer Reba McEntire.

Looking ahead, Mr. Bok intends to remain with Persohn/Hahn Associates Inc Consultants for the remainder of his career with aspirations of becoming a partner at the firm. He is committed to continuous learning and aims to expand his expertise beyond modernization to encompass all areas of the elevator industry, including service and new installations.
