With more than two decades of leadership and innovation at the intersection of engineering and information technology, Mr. Elsakka currently serves as vice president of business technology solutions for Universal Creative, part of Universal Destinations & Experiences, in Orlando, Florida. In this role, he oversees business technology needs across Universal Creative and leads a team of subject matter experts responsible for developing internal solutions, evaluating emerging technologies and recommending external platforms, products and strategic partners.

Mr. Elsakka's team assesses a broad range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, software platforms, hardware, radio systems and wireless networks. Through vendor evaluations, proof-of-concept testing and strategic build-versus-buy assessments, his team helps internal departments implement effective, scalable and cost-efficient technology solutions while remaining focused on their core business functions.

Before returning to Universal Creative, Mr. Elsakka served as director of operational engineering at Signature Aviation in Orlando from 2025 to 2026, contributing his leadership and technical expertise to a leading global provider of aviation services.

From 2022 to 2025, Mr. Elsakka served as director of engineering and safety for Parkwide Systems at Universal Creative, playing a key leadership role in the development and delivery of Universal Epic Universe at Universal Orlando Resort. As one of the early members of the project's engineering and safety organization, he contributed from the initial conceptual phase through the park's grand opening. His responsibilities encompassed integrated parkwide technology infrastructure, networks, wireless communications, data centers, safety and security systems and other shared platforms supporting the destination.

Previously, from 2018 to 2022, Mr. Elsakka served as assistant director of engineering and safety at Universal Creative. During this period, he proposed and successfully established the Parkwide Systems team, creating an integrated approach to technology across the entire park rather than addressing each attraction or themed land independently. This strategy helped improve consistency, integration, operational support and long-term maintainability across the project.

From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Elsakka was a senior member of the global network engineering team at Walt Disney World. After initially joining as a project manager for large-scale Wi-Fi deployments across Disney's Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs, he assumed broader responsibility for supporting the company's wireless platform. His technical leadership contributed to the successful delivery of complex network programs while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.

Mr. Elsakka also provided technology consulting services for Stetson University in 2016, overseeing the design and implementation of a new campuswide wireless network. In 2014, he served as a technology consultant for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Orlando.

From 2012 to 2015, Mr. Elsakka worked as a Wi-Fi engineer and project manager for operations technology at Crown Castle. During this period, he also co-founded Smart Electronics, which grew from a single electronics repair shop into multiple locations across northern and central Florida. He later expanded his entrepreneurial activities by developing The Mansion Escape Room in the Tallahassee area.

Mr. Elsakka began his professional journey at Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Company in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. During his seven-year tenure as a project manager and networking and telecommunications engineer, he managed technical integration and information technology support projects for major clients, including Saudi Aramco.

Mr. Elsakka is an active member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Project Management Institute.

Mr. Elsakka holds three master's degrees, including a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Project Management, both earned at Missouri State University in 2022. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Alexandria, Egypt, in 2004.

Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Mr. Elsakka has maintained his Project Management Professional certification for approximately 15 years. He also holds the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate credentials. Throughout his career, he has earned more than 60 professional certifications from leading technology organizations, including Juniper Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, Aruba Networks, Blue Coat Systems and Hewlett-Packard.

Reflecting on his professional journey, Mr. Elsakka credits much of his success to the sacrifices and encouragement of his parents, particularly his father's determination to ensure that he could pursue higher education abroad. He also credits his wife, Reema, whose unwavering encouragement, support and belief in his potential have continually motivated him throughout his personal and professional journey. His son, Taym, and daughter, Toulai, remain among his greatest sources of inspiration and reinforce his determination to lead by example. Now a proud father, he strives to instill in his children the same values of responsibility, perseverance and service while encouraging them to pursue their own passions and achieve even greater success.

Mr. Elsakka regularly volunteers at local food banks and participates in community service initiatives. Motivated by personal values, he views these activities as opportunities to demonstrate to future generations the importance of serving others and the fulfillment it brings.

In recognition of his professional contributions and leadership, Mr. Elsakka was named among the Best Corporate Leaders in USA 2026 by TradeFlock. As a member of the Universal Epic Universe delivery team, he also contributed to a destination whose attractions and experiences were honored with multiple Thea Awards for Outstanding Achievement from the Themed Entertainment Association, widely regarded as among the themed entertainment industry's highest honors. Earlier in his Universal career, he was selected by management to participate in STRETCH, Universal's highly competitive executive leadership development program.

Outside his professional commitments, Mr. Elsakka enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.

Looking ahead, Mr. Elsakka intends to continue expanding his impact through technology leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship. He also plans to return to school to pursue a doctorate in engineering or business management, fulfilling a goal encouraged by his mother and driven by his commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
