Marked by nearly 15 years of experience and a reputation for strong leadership and execution, Mr. Wilgers has established himself as a prominent figure in real estate development and homebuilding throughout the North Houston area. Since 2020, he has served as Chief Operating Officer and partner at Stoecker Corporation alongside Mike Stoecker, helping oversee major development projects and supporting the company's continued growth and standing within the industry.

Mr. Wilgers and Mr. Stoecker also partnered to form Stoecker Wilgers Investments, an investment and development company in which they are equal owners, with Mr. Wilgers serving as Managing Partner. Through this partnership, Mr. Wilgers has played a leading role in sourcing, structuring, and executing large-scale development opportunities. Most notably, within the past four months, he helped close the largest transaction in Stoecker Corporation's history through Stoecker Wilgers Investments by securing a 1,783-acre master-planned community, underscoring his experience and leadership in complex, large-scale land development.

In addition to his partnership role at Stoecker Corporation, Mr. Wilgers has held the titles of owner and chief operations officer since 2020. He is also the co-owner and managing member of Everline Homes, a company specializing in speculative housing and custom home building. Through Everline, he has broadened his business model to include both the construction of homes for sale and rental properties, utilizing lots that might otherwise remain unsold or overlooked by other developers.

Prior to beginning his current ventures, Mr. Wilgers founded R&S Real Estate in 2018 and provided consulting services to various companies on land development projects — including work with Stoecker Corporation before joining its executive team. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident as he balanced his burgeoning real estate interests with a demanding career in the oil and gas field.

Mr. Wilgers' rapid ascent in real estate development, home building and custom home building is particularly notable given his relatively short tenure compared to many industry peers who have decades more experience. Alongside his primary roles, he contributes to his local sector as an active member of the Greater Houston Builders Association.

From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Wilgers served as a wellbore positioning lead at Superior QC, a sister company of Patterson-UTI that specializes in statistical estimation and automation services. Before that, from 2013 to 2018, he gained valuable experience and technical knowledge as a senior measurement while drilling field specialist at MS Energy Services (now part of Patterson-UTI) in Conroe, Texas.

During the early stage of his career, Mr. Wilgers pursued higher education and completed coursework in business administration and management at Lone Star College in 2015 and Sam Houston State University in 2013. Reflecting on his storied journey to date, he credits his drive for continuous learning to early experiences working alongside seasoned professionals in the oil sector, which instilled in him a determination to never feel uneducated or uninformed about any subject relevant to his career.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Wilgers is actively involved in supporting his local community through civic and charitable efforts. A proud father of two, Mr. Wilgers cherishes his family life alongside his business endeavors. He enjoys playing golf, hunting during the fall and winter months, and spending quality time with his young children — ages 5 and 18 months as of 2026 — as they continue to grow.
