Within just six months of establishing JGB Enterprise, she secured the company's first major contract with an annual contract value exceeding $350,000, demonstrating her ability to translate industry knowledge into tangible business success.

Prior to launching her own firm, Ms. Brumbaugh held the role of vice president of property management and construction at Saglo Companies from 2023 to 2026. During her tenure, she led a team responsible for more than 25 shopping centers and managed all capital projects. She restructured the department, significantly improving employee retention, and implemented substantial process changes to bring all regions into a maintainable and verifiable workflow. Her responsibilities expanded to include oversight of construction projects, where she managed 11 initiatives in her first year.

From 2022 to 2023, Ms. Brumbaugh served as the regional director at Kimco Realty Corporation after initially joining the company as a retail property manager for the Orlando market in 2021. She was responsible for day-to-day operations across nine shopping centers totaling 2.3 million square feet and was promoted within a year and a half due to her leadership capabilities. In her director role, she continued managing her portfolio while mentoring assistant property managers throughout Florida, making regular site visits and providing ongoing guidance.

Earlier, Ms. Brumbaugh served as a senior property manager for Saglo Development Corporation from 2020 to 2021, overseeing markets in Atlanta, Jacksonville, Tampa and Orlando. Before this, she joined Demetree Real Estate as a commercial property manager in 2018 and advanced to a senior property manager during her tenure with the company.

Ms. Brumbaugh's foundation in large-scale property management was established during her 12-year tenure at CBRE, beginning as an assistant real estate manager in 2005 before being promoted to associate real estate manager. Her career began at 7-Eleven in 2000, where she worked in the real estate department focusing on site selection and property management. The company recognized her potential and sponsored her pursuit of a real estate license, setting the stage for her subsequent achievements.

Throughout her career, Ms. Brumbaugh has demonstrated expertise in property management, construction oversight and ground-up construction consulting. She is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, reflecting her commitment to professional development within the industry.

Ms. Brumbaugh's educational background has played a pivotal role in shaping her professional path. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Excelsior University in 2005. Her certifications include the licensed community association manager credential from the state of Florida in 2019, facilities management administrator designation from BOMI — Building Owners and Managers Institute in 2018, real property administrator designation from BOMI in 2017 and property administrator certification from BOMI that same year. She also holds a real estate sales license from the state of Florida, valid since 2004, and is a notary public.

Additionally, Ms. Brumbaugh's commitment to continuous learning is further demonstrated by completion of the Harvard ManageMentor Program in 2016 through CBRE's RISE Award sponsorship. This program included coursework in goal setting, delegating, budgeting, global collaboration, strategy planning and execution and career management.

A significant factor in Ms. Brumbaugh's success has been the mentorship she received early in her career at 7-Eleven from Laura Foster. This guidance provided invaluable support during formative years and helped define what could be achieved within real estate.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Brumbaugh has contributed actively to civic organizations. She served as secretary on the board of directors for Titusville Medical Plaza from 2018 to 2020 and for the 2600 Douglas Condo Association during the same period. Additionally, she served as the first vice president of AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary Post 13 in Deland from 2015 to 2016 and volunteered with American Legion Post 35 between 2001 and 2020, as well as American Legion Post 6 from 2003 to 2020. Ms. Brumbaugh has also contributed thought leadership through authoring "Breadcrumbs," a blog published on LinkedIn that shares insights from her professional journey.

Ms. Brumbaugh's accomplishments have been recognized through several awards throughout her career. She was named CBRE Asset Services Team Player of the Year twice, in 2012 and again in 2015, and went on to receive the RISE Values Award from CBRE Inc. and the Shining Star Award for the third quarter, both in 2015. Earlier in her career, she was also awarded the J. Kennedy Scholarship, which provided $5,000 in support over 16 months during a pivotal period as she was building her professional foundation.

In her personal life, Ms. Brumbaugh enjoys making custom cutting boards with her husband through their business JGB Woodworking, supporting military events whenever possible and spending time boating or fishing on Sarasota Bay. She also writes children's books with stories inspired by family vacations for her grandchildren.
