From 2024 to 2025, Ms. Zhang served as an audit manager at BDO USA, where she was recognized for guiding clients through complex accounting and financial reporting challenges. Between 2022 and 2024, she served as an experienced senior auditor at BDO USA.

Ms. Zhang has demonstrated the ability to successfully lead through change and complexity. While serving as a Senior Associate, she assumed significant manager-level responsibilities for two key audit engagements following unexpected leadership transitions. Her leadership helped ensure the successful and timely completion of both audits while fostering long-term client relationships that continue today.

From 2020 to 2022, Ms. Zhang was an audit senior at the same firm, where she further honed her technical skills and contributed to the development of junior staff members. She began her tenure at BDO USA as an experienced audit associate from 2019 to 2020, some time after relocating to the United States. Prior to her relocation, she worked as an audit assistant at Ruihua Certified Public Accountants (RSM China) from 2011 to 2013 in China.

Ms. Zhang's educational background has played a pivotal role in her achievements. She earned a Master of Science in international accounting from Rennes School of Business in France in 2010. In 2009, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance and financial management services from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in Wuhan, China.

In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Zhang is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both Iowa and California. She has also passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program through CFA Institute, further demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development and technical excellence.
