Notably, he led the largest migration to the Amazon cloud for a prominent financial entity during this period. His recent achievements include implementing artificial intelligence solutions for a wealth advisor firm within the past year.

Since 2014, Mr. Moore has also been managing partner at Moore Consulting Services, Inc., providing strategic guidance and technology consulting to a diverse client base. Between 2016 and 2017, he was managing principal at Capco, where he directed technology transformation projects in the financial sector. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Moore served as vice president in information technology for corporate applications as an independent consultant at Bridgewater Associates, LP, the world's largest hedge fund. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Moore was managing director for financial services as systems integration practice lead at PwC, overseeing integration projects for global clients. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moore spent approximately 30 years in technology consulting following a foundational period of about 15 years as a manufacturing engineer in the United Kingdom. He played a pivotal role in leading Europe's first fiber-optic network implementation with direct-to-desktop connectivity—a groundbreaking project that set new industry standards.

Mr. Moore's academic background includes a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in production engineering and management from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He also completed coursework at a technical college for manufacturing engineering. These academic achievements provided him with a robust foundation in engineering principles and management practices that have underpinned his success across multiple sectors.

He holds several certifications that reflect his commitment to ongoing professional development: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, Inc., earned in 2020; machine learning and artificial intelligence foundations: value estimations from LinkedIn (2017); and machine learning and artificial intelligence foundations: recommendations from LinkedIn (2017). An apprenticeship at a local car factory sparked his initial interest in engineering; subsequent roles exposed him to defense systems design offices and factory floor technologies, prompting his transition into information technology. His career has evolved through seven distinct waves of technological change—from mainframes to artificial intelligence—each time embracing new opportunities with foresight and adaptability.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Moore has demonstrated civic commitment as a rugby coach with OGRCC from 2012 to 2014, a donor to children's charities, and a volunteer mentor dedicated to helping underprivileged children by sharing knowledge and experience—a purpose statement that guides his community involvement.
