While still in college, Mr. Carlson began his professional career in the mortgage industry with an Inc. 500 company, working on loans while purchasing investment properties himself and subsequently gaining foundational knowledge of both finance and real estate investment.

Alongside his primary roles, Mr. Carlson is an active member of the Park City Chamber of Commerce as well as the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. His achievements and exemplary service have seen him scale remarkable heights over the years, including a ranking of number 35 worldwide at Keller Williams as well as number one within the State of Utah.

Mr. Carlson's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in finance and management from Westminster University, which he completed in 2006. To augment his qualifications in business and real estate, Mr. Carlson is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and holds the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Luxury Homes Certification (LHC), and Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA) designations. Furthermore, he has been licensed as a real estate agent for nearly 15 years.
