As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Chacon's professional journey is marked by a dynamic blend of legal expertise and real estate acumen. Since 2021, he has served as attorney and founder of Chacon Law, PLLC and Chacon Law, APC, where he handles estate planning and real estate matters, conducts closings, represents buyers, sellers and lenders, advises private lenders and family offices, supports real estate investors, assists first-time home buyers and sellers and manages real estate transactions. His practice reflects a deep commitment to client service and an ability to facilitate complex transactions. Mr. Chacon's most notable achievement during this period was joining and leading the operations of a title company that expanded into three states and was ultimately sold for $10 million to Real Brokerage as Expetitle. As one of the original members of Expetitle, he played a pivotal role in building the company from its inception to its successful sale. Despite this milestone, Mr. Chacon considers his greatest accomplishment to be his ongoing work with clients, transforming challenging deals into successful outcomes and finding fulfillment in each victory.

From 2024 to 2026, Mr. Chacon held the position of associate general counsel at One Real Title. In this capacity, he contributed his legal expertise to the title industry while maintaining his focus on real estate law.

From 2021 to 2022, he was in-house counsel and head of title operations at Expetitle. During this time, he oversaw title operations and provided legal guidance as the company expanded across multiple states.

Between 2019 and 2021, Mr. Chacon worked as an associate attorney at Breger | De Biase. Here, he continued developing his litigation skills and deepened his understanding of real estate law.

His earlier legal experience includes serving as an associate attorney at Lydecker Diaz from 2018 to 2019. In this role, Mr. Chacon gained valuable exposure to litigation practices that would later inform his own firm's approach.

In 2018, Mr. Chacon began his legal career as a law clerk at Kurzban Kurzban Weinger Tetzeli & Pratt P.A., where he supported attorneys with case preparation and research.

The foundation for his legal practice was laid during several formative internships in 2017. He served as a legal intern at CONCACAF and as a summer law clerk at Chepenik Trushin LLP. Additionally, he worked as a law clerk at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., contributing to public interest law initiatives.

In 2016, Mr. Chacon completed an internship with the Law Office of Robert Wesley, Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, further broadening his exposure to diverse areas of law.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Chacon established himself in real estate beginning in 2007 during a period of significant market volatility. He entered the field as an agent focused on assisting buyers and sellers, and managing real estate-owned properties and short sales.

Throughout his college years, he remained active in real estate and worked as a community involvement specialist with Miami-Dade County Public Schools from 2010 to 2012. He found joy in assisting underserved children but remained primarily committed to real estate.

From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Chacon served as a real estate consultant with Sacas Realty Inc., followed by a role as associate residential property manager at Regatta Real Estate Management from 2013 to 2014. In these positions, he collaborated with investors and managed property portfolios.

His progression continued as a real estate broker at Real Property Management Dade from 2014 to 2015. During this time, he developed partnerships that culminated in managing large portfolios for investors and building a successful venture through Real Property Management, before selling his interests to pursue law school.

Mr. Chacon is admitted to both the Florida Bar and the State Bar of California, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence within the legal community.

Academically, Mr. Chacon holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida (2018). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Florida International University in Miami (2012) and an Associate of Arts in English language and literature as well as business administration from Miami Dade College (2009). Currently pursuing a Master of Laws in tax law and taxation at New York University School of Law in New York City, Mr. Chacon continues to expand his expertise to benefit his clients.

He attributes much of his success to hard work and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. Arriving in the United States with limited resources instilled in him a relentless drive that has shaped every stage of his career. His philosophy centers on committing fully to every endeavor until results are achieved — then redoubling efforts for even greater accomplishments.

Beyond professional pursuits, Mr. Chacon is actively engaged with civic-minded organizations. He volunteers as a soccer coach and provides tax assistance and support for Social Security benefit applications within his community. His dedication extends to pro bono work with Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., where he provides legal services to those in need.

His academic achievements have been recognized through several honors, including the Dean's Certificate of Achievement from the University of Miami School of Law, the F.W. "Mort" Guilford Endowed Scholarship, the Law Alumni Scholarship, and the HOPE Pro-Bono Challenge Award.
