From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Slan held the position of human resources director at Televerde. In 2022, Ms. Slan was a senior human resources business partner at HonorHealth. Between 2021 and 2022, she served as the human resources director at Southwest Center, where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, compliance and employee development.

Ms. Slan's tenure with the State of Arizona's Department of Economic Security from 2011 to 2020 as senior human resources manager and senior HR business partner was particularly impactful. Ms. Slan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies.
