Through initiatives such as Ryan AI, Mr. Boccaccio provides 24/7 accessible coaching support and conducts weekly live sessions, building Ascend Leadership Group LLC into a dynamic force for personal and professional growth. He is particularly proud of advancing into regional and divisional leadership within five years of entering the automotive industry — a milestone that eluded him during his 17-year tenure in the restaurant sector. Looking ahead, he aspires to scale Ascend Leadership Group LLC to the level of prominent business and performance coaches he admires, including Dan Martell, Andy Frisella and Grant Cardone.

Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Boccaccio served as regional director at Brakes Plus from 2022 to 2026. In this capacity, he oversaw multiple locations and contributed to operational excellence across the region. From 2020 to 2022, he was regional manager at Brakes Plus, where he continued to expand his leadership influence. His earlier tenure with the company included serving as a store manager from 2018 to 2020 and as an automotive service advisor from 2018 to 2019, roles in which he gained hands-on experience in customer service and team management. His restaurant experience in high-volume establishments to fine dining helped him change the way customer service was delivered in automotive. Customer service was viewed as hospitality that elevates the guest experience.

Before entering the automotive field, Mr. Boccaccio managed retail operations as a retail store manager at Tires Plus, Bridgestone, from 2015 to 2018. His career also includes experience as a loan officer at Affiliated Financial Group between 2013 and 2015, where he developed skills in financial services and client relations.

His foundation in leadership was established during his years in the restaurant industry. He held the position of senior manager at The Cheesecake Factory from 2011 to 2014, after previously serving as restaurant and bar manager at The Keg Steakhouse and Bar from 2004 to 2008. Earlier still, he was assistant manager for food and beverage at Texas Roadhouse from 1997 to 1999. Throughout these roles, Mr. Boccaccio developed expertise in operations, performance coaching, leadership development and the integration of artificial intelligence into coaching — achievements that reflect his commitment to excellence.

Mr. Boccaccio's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management from the University of Colorado Denver, earned in 2005. He is also a graduate of Pomona High School. His education provided a strong foundation for his career progression and success in both the hospitality and automotive sectors. He attributes his achievements not only to formal education but also to an internal drive to excel daily and prove doubters wrong, which he describes as his core internal fuel. The natural talent for connecting with people has been instrumental throughout his career, enhanced by the unwavering support of family, friends and mentors — both personal contacts and influential public figures whose teachings have shaped his approach.

A passion for leadership and coaching emerged during Mr. Boccaccio's years in the restaurant industry. As he progressed through increasingly responsible roles, he developed a desire to make a broader impact by helping others improve their performance as operators and as individuals. This realization led him to establish Ascend Leadership Group to reach more people through innovative coaching methods.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Boccaccio is deeply committed to civic engagement and charitable work. He donates to The Scars Foundation, an organization founded by the rock band Godsmack that focuses on mental health awareness and suicide prevention efforts. For about seven years, he has volunteered with and donated to Meadows Masters Foundation, supporting suicide prevention programs and humanitarian initiatives in Hawaii, Maui and Haiti. Additionally, he is an active member of Herd Strong Community Group, which promotes values centered on community, family and country — principles that align closely with his Christian faith.

Recognition for Mr. Boccaccio's contributions includes being named Store Manager of the Year at Brakes Plus as well as Regional Manager of the Year for the same organization. Earlier in his career, he received Bar Manager of the Year honors at The Keg Steakhouse and Bar.

Raised in Colorado except for a brief period living in Arizona, Mr. Boccaccio credits his parents — who remain residents of Colorado — for their steadfast support throughout his life. He is grateful for the encouragement provided by his daughter and girlfriend as well. In his personal time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, cooking and spending quality time with family and close friends.
