CUMMING, GA, September 18, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Roger Francis has been recognized due to his continued commitment to high performance and positive impact on both business outcomes and talent stewardship.

Mr. Francis' professional journey reflects more than two decades of transformative leadership across the business and health care sectors. In 2026, he founded Roger Francis Consulting, drawing on his extensive executive experience to help organizations identify growth opportunities, strengthen operations and improve performance. The firm represents a new chapter in his career, allowing him to bring his strategic and operational expertise to a diverse range of clients.

Before launching his consulting practice, Mr. Francis held several prominent executive leadership positions at Sysco. From 2022 to 2026, he served as senior vice president and president, guiding the business through periods of significant change across Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, export markets and The United States Broad-line Business. During this period he demonstrated his ability to lead complex international businesses and diverse operating portfolios.

Prior to joining Sysco, Mr. Francis served as chief stores officer at National Vision Inc., where he was responsible for store operations and financial performance across an extensive retail network.

Mr. Francis previously built a distinguished career at CVS Health spanning nearly two decades. He began as a pharmacy manager in 2003 and steadily advanced through positions of increasing responsibility, including pharmacy supervisor and regional director of pharmacy operations. He later transitioned into sales leadership, serving as a district sales manager and regional sales manager, before returning to operations as an area vice president and divisional vice president. He concluded his tenure at CVS Health as senior vice president of HealthHUB operations from 2019 to 2021.

Throughout his career, Mr. Francis has earned a reputation for transforming underperforming markets by rebuilding the structures, strategies and operating disciplines behind them—not simply changing personnel. He attributes this record of success to a growth mindset, disciplined execution and a willingness to take calculated risks.

His leadership philosophy is captured in what he calls the "leadership equation": balancing intellectual intelligence, or IQ, with emotional intelligence, or EQ, to unlock an organization's greatest asset—its people. This philosophy reflects his belief that sustainable performance requires leaders who can combine sound business judgement with the ability to build trust, inspire belief and mobilize others toward a shared purpose.

Mr. Francis earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Wayne State University in 2002, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Services from the same institution. His approach to leadership, resilience, and continuous learning was shaped by the values instilled by his parents, who immigrated from Beirut with limited formal education. Growing up alongside two brothers also fostered a spirit of teamwork, accountability and mutual support that continues to influence his personal and professional life.

Born in Windsor, Ontario, in 1977, Mr. Francis was raised as the middle child in a family that overcame significant adversity after immigrating from Lebanon during the civil war. Since relocating to the United States in 2006, he has embraced new communities and cultural experiences that have further shaped his perspective on leadership, service and life. Roger has been married to his wife Tiffany for 22 years and he is a proud father to Pierce and Preston.

Looking ahead, he remains focused on helping organizations achieve sustainable growth, developing leaders prepared for tomorrow's challenges and delivering meaningful results for businesses, their people and the communities they serve.
