AUSTIN, TX, September 21, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Aaron Edwards has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Edwards is a financial services executive, enterprise builder and commercial strategist with more than 25 years of experience in investment management, asset gathering and distribution. He has built businesses and distribution platforms across exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, alternative investments, insurance products and quantitative investment strategies. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself by turning complex investment capabilities into scalable commercial enterprises supported by disciplined processes, durable partnerships and measurable results.

He currently serves as co-founder and chief executive officer of C-Squared Funds, LLC, an investment enterprise created to commercialize proprietary quantitative investment intellectual property across multiple delivery channels. In this role, Mr. Edwards leads business strategy, capital formation, product commercialization, distribution, strategic partnerships, governance and operating infrastructure. He has helped shape the firm's exchange-traded fund and index strategy, insurance-index licensing opportunities, and model-delivery capabilities for wealth management firms and financial advisers.

In building C-Squared, Mr. Edwards assembled approximately $600 million in prospective investment capital, including a $300 million anchor commitment, while establishing relationships across fund governance, index calculation, trading, compliance and distribution. His contribution has centered on building the company around the investment technology: creating the capital base, commercial channels, partnership network and operating structure required to bring the strategy to market at scale.

The creation of C-Squared represents a culmination of the lessons Mr. Edwards has learned throughout his career. Rather than pursuing products without a clear path to adoption, he has emphasized sound economics, product-market fit, operational readiness and sustainable profitability from inception. He believes enduring enterprise value is created when the right people are aligned around their core strengths and supported by a repeatable commercial process.

Before leading C-Squared, Mr. Edwards served as managing director at New Age Alpha, where he contributed to the firm's distribution and commercial strategy for quantitative investment solutions. He previously served as managing director at Clear Sky Advisers and as a board member of Valkyrie Investments. During that period, he built a retail distribution channel that generated more than $250 million in new assets and helped commercialize innovative alternative-investment offerings, including an early actively managed cryptocurrency separately managed account for financial advisers.

From 2019 to 2022, Mr. Edwards served as a regional vice president at First Trust Advisors. He generated approximately $2.5 billion in gross sales and grew territory assets under management from approximately $300 million to more than $1.5 billion. He also served on an advisory board to the firm's chief executive officer and became a leading asset gatherer for the firm's alternative-investment capabilities. His tenure reinforced his conviction that disciplined execution and consistent client engagement are more valuable than isolated sales successes.

Mr. Edwards spent seven years with Guggenheim Investments, serving as a regional manager and regional vice president. He grew annual territory production from approximately $50 million to more than $700 million and ranked as the firm's top national asset gatherer for five consecutive years. He also provided leadership and mentorship across external and internal sales teams. Working closely with senior investment leadership, including Scott Minerd, broadened his understanding of fixed income, macroeconomic cycles, portfolio construction and the importance of looking beyond surface-level market narratives.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Edwards held distribution leadership roles with Sun Life Financial, Lincoln Financial Group and Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He earned Chairman's Club recognition at both Lincoln Financial and Sun Life and served in advisory capacities to senior leadership. These experiences helped him develop a broad network and deep expertise across wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, banks, family offices and institutional investors.

Mr. Edwards earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin. He also studied international economics and holds the Series 7, 63, 65 and 66 securities licenses. Before transferring to the University of Texas, he competed as a Division I quarterback at the University of Houston. When his athletic path changed, he spent several years in the fashion industry before returning to complete his education. That unconventional journey helped shape the resilience, adaptability and willingness to rebuild that have defined his professional life.

His leadership philosophy is grounded in stewardship and daily discipline. Mr. Edwards believes success should neither create complacency nor allow temporary setbacks to become defining events. He encourages professionals to develop repeatable processes, remain accountable to their principles and build organizations capable of producing durable results beyond any one individual.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Edwards has supported the John Lockhart Foundation for Abused Children and Battered Women. He is also devoted to his children, Ava and Jonathan, and values time with them outdoors and on the water. He views fatherhood as an extension of leadership: an opportunity to model resilience, curiosity, character and meaningful engagement with the world.

Looking ahead, Mr. Edwards intends to continue building and leading enterprises at the intersection of investment management, distribution and financial innovation. He is also developing a book on leadership, character and the lessons learned across his career. His long-term goal is to create organizations that outlast their founders by combining commercial discipline, innovative thinking and a clear commitment to serving clients well.
