Mr. Kahn has established himself as a respected lawyer in the fields of construction and real estate law and is a partner at Deneweth, Vittiglio & Sassak, P.C. Since joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Kahn has represented a broad range of businesses and stakeholders throughout the construction industry, including property owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and other commercial enterprises.

Approximately 80 percent of Mr. Kahn's practice is devoted to matters arising from the construction industry. In addition to representing clients, he teaches construction law courses for the Construction Association of Michigan, including programs that help contractors understand and protect their rights to payment on public and private projects. Aside from his construction practice, Mr. Kahn handles a wide variety of commercial and real estate disputes.

Mr. Kahn began his legal career in personal injury before transitioning to business litigation and construction law. That transition proved pivotal, allowing him to build a practice focused on the legal issues facing businesses in the construction and real estate industries.
