Ms. Ertlmeier received certifications in project management and product management through the George Washington University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Wisconsin School of Business. She stays current with the trends in her profession by reading Fast Company and Fortune magazines. Ms. Ertlmeier is also a working volunteer for the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center where she helps, creates and supports the entrepreneurial environment for innovative ideas working with Chicagoland's students.
