Ms. Bauer has more than 23 years of professional experience and excels in the oversight of plant operations and security services. She is also responsible for managing facility operations. Prior to her current position, Ms. Bauer worked as a security manager for 15 years. She considers attaining her current position to be her greatest professional accomplishment. She feels the most important issue facing her profession is a prevalent lack of awareness to company safety.

Ms. Bauer is a registered healthcare safety officer and is affiliated with the Health Improvement Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati, the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety and the National Fire Protection Association. She and her husband also coordinate the needy children's Christmas program for the American Legion. Ms. Bauer attributes her success to her ability to interact with people, and remains current with professional trends by attending conventions and reading NFPA journals.
