Mrs. Jordan has more than 14 years of professional experience, and excels in overseeing responsibilities in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, training, launching new product lines and leading Kaizen activities and workshops. She is responsible for Product Engineering, assembly line balancing, standardized work, manufacturing training for assembling visual Kanban system and conducting seminars at Holmes Community College. Mrs. Jordan attributes her success to the support she has received from her mentors. She stays current with the trends in her profession by attending workshops and training programs.

Mrs. Jordan has received her education at East Central Community College and Mississippi State University. She is a member of the Mississippi Automotive Manufacturers Association (MAMA)/Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems (CAVS) partnership steering committee for continuing education in the automotive industry of Mississippi. She has also completed industry-related training through Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making, Lean Manufacturing classes thorough TSSC, Ergonomics, Process Mapping and J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies (Certified IPC Specialist). In addition, Mrs. Jordan is a first-aid responder and is a certified member of the National Youth Coaches Association. Through her hard work dedication to the manufacturing industry, she hopes to grow professionally and become a mentor to others.
