Ms. Buckley has more than 22 years of professional experience in both technical and managerial roles in the insurance industry. Her current daily responsibilities include managing underwriting and production units, ensuring control over product quality and procedural compliance are effective, directing marketing programs, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained and guiding the efforts of a sizeable workforce. She attributes her success to her will power, hard work, leadership skills, resoluteness and the support of her superiors, staff, family and friends.

In 1979, Ms. Buckley received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Boston Conservatory of Music. Prior to her success in the insurance industry, she had a lucrative dancing career, participating in well known dance companies and shows. During her career, she spent several years as a New England Patriots Cheerleader and took the opportunity to coach the Olympic hopefuls. Further to her credit, she is the recipient of the Highest Award for Achievement in Effective Speaking and Human Relations. Ms. Buckley aspires to earn the opportunity to lead a significant profit center within her organization.
