With a specialization in real estate marketing, Ms. Orluk is responsible for assessing and assisting homebuyers. She considers owning and operating a successful real estate business is the most fulfilling aspect of her career. In addition to her real estate career, Ms Orluk also serves as a program coordinator for HCVC, Inc., where she specializes in managing anti-violence and child protective services and is responsible for conducting meetings, writing grants and consulting. Ms. Orluk became involved in her profession because of her passion and caring nature and gained her experience working as an anti-violence case manager. She places importance on educating communities on anti-violence and child protective services and having them work together.

Ms. Orluk received her Master's Degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University in 2004 and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University in 1996. She is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors and the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. She stays current with the trends in her profession by enrolling in continuing education courses, reading industry-related publications and attending seminars. Ms. Orluk hopes to expand her business and place more emphasis to consulting on anti-violence training.
