/24-7PressRelease/ - Reading, MA, July 12, 2008, Jillian Stasiak, Teacher for Danvers Public Schools, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of education.
With more than five years of professional experience, Ms. Stasiak specializes in general and special education and is primarily responsible for teaching third-grade students. She became involved in her profession because she always wanted to become a teacher, and considers becoming one to be her greatest professional accomplishment. She feels that finding a balance between high stakes testing and teaching is the most important issue facing her profession today.
Ms. Stasiak received two Master's Degrees, one in Special Education and one in Elementary Education from Boston College in 2007 and her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts in 2003. She is affiliated with the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education and stays current with the trends in her profession by reading industry-related publications, surfing the Internet and working with the Council for Exceptional Children. She would like to eventually become an administrator and teach abroad or mentor college students to become successful teachers.
