With a specialization in consultative selling and enterprise account management, Ms. Drouin is responsible for selling cash and treasury management software solutions to domestic and international banks and financial institutions. Prior to her current role she owned her own business. Earlier in her career, Ms. Drouin spent fifteen years consulting within the financial services vertical, including six years of global services. Previously she had been exclusively focused on professional services and customer relationship management (CRM) since 1992 and has held delivery-focused roles, including director of third party partnerships and director of professional services.

She is a 2007 recipient of the Presidents Club Award, affiliated with Women in Technology International, Inc. and is a member of Treasury Strategies. She is active in her community, she is a volunteer to the United Way of Seacoast New Hampshire and other non-profit organizations.
