He attributes his success to hard work, dedication, and his ability to maintain good relationships with others. Mr. Morris was inspired by his father, a judge and trial lawyer, to practice law.

Mr. Morris received his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond in 1979 and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia.
