A general dentist, Dr. Accornero excels in providing Invisalign treatment. She became involved in her profession because of her interest in orthodontics, and considers helping patients and making a difference in their lives to be the most fulfilling aspects of her career. A recipient of the Female Professional of the Year Award in 2004, she attributes her success to her dedication and passion for her profession.

Dr. Accornero earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus in 2004 and her Bachelor's Degree in General Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras Campus in 2000. She completed her residency at New York Methodist Hospital and holds certification in Invisalign. A member of the North Carolina Dental Society and the American Dental Association, she is currently enrolled in implant training programs. Dr. Accornero stays current with the trends in dentistry by attending seminars and conventions, reading industry-related publications, and enrolling in continuing education courses. She aspires to establish her own practice in the future.
