Grandison, Jr., Director of the Office of Communication and Public Involvement of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Region 8, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in public service.
Mr. Grandison is proud to lend his talents to the Office of Communication and Public Involvement (OCPI), a branch of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 8 that is committed to providing a broad range of information services to government offices, state and federal agencies, Congress, headquarters and the public. As the director, he utilizes his expertise in managing inter-governmental partnerships to oversee the operations of an office that boasts a staff of media relations specialists and daily contact with key publics, from communities and congressional offices to local, national and worldwide media outlets. Mr. Grandison and his staff are tasked with administering the Environmental Education program and serving as community relations specialists to assist technical project managers. He brings to his position extensive experience in government service, which includes six years as executive director of the Denver Federal Executive Board, a national organization that represents the federal sector and coordinates activities and fosters partnerships. Proud of his current career progression, Mr. Grandison enjoys his association with the OCPI, which has given him the opportunity to work with dedicated people and use his talents to benefit others. He attributes his success to his hard work and commitment to excellence.
A graduate of Colorado Christian University, Mr. Grandison earned his Bachelor's Degree in Management and Human Resources in 1991 and completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program of the U.S. Department of Defense. He is affiliated with the Vistas Foundation, the Aurora Mental Health Center and the Lowry Redevelopment Authority, where he sits on the community advisory committee. His goals for the next five years include establishing his own business.
