Mikki Sheree Fowler has dedicated the past 10 years to assessing the physical and psychological well-being of patients and working as part of a management team to improve their health and well-being and maintain a calm environment. With her expertise in correctional and psychological nursing, it's no wonder that she hopes to share her knowledge and experience with others as a guest speaker regarding substance abuse and its detrimental toll in the future.

Mikki Sheree Fowler received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Modesto Junior College in 1998 after receiving a Georgia Triplet Nursing Scholarship. She received a Student of the Month Award from Merced College while studying for her Associate of Art Degree in Liberal Studies, which was conferred in 1996. She was also the recipient of a Modesto Eagles Auxiliary Scholarship and a Service League of Doctors Medical Center Scholarship. In 2005, she was presented with a Certificate of Recognition from the Sheriff's Department for her service.
