A retired Lieutenant Colonel for the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Bowden specializes in rotary wing aviation training, instructional system development and facility maintenance/engineering. As senior consultant, his primary responsibilities include analyzing and developing training programs and providing subject matter expertise. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in the aviation industry and attributes his success to his work ethic. Mr. Bowden has also been distinguished in the area of training program consolidation, aircrew training and aircraft requirements development, acquisition and execution.

Mr. Bowden received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering (Power and Machinery) from Oregon State University in 1985 and supports the Union Gospel Mission and the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and volunteers with the American Legion and Patriot Guard Riders. He hopes to grow professionally in the future.
