/24-7PressRelease/ - Phoenix, AZ, July 31, 2008, Linda L. Pape, Board Member for A Stepping Stone Foundation, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of early childhood curriculum development.

With six years of experience on the Board of Directors, Ms. Pape is primarily responsible for fundraising, arranging scholarships for students, assisting in overseeing preschool and family literacy programs and providing advice for curriculum development. Honored with the Teacher of the Year Award in 1994 and 2000 by Who's Who Among American Teachers, Ms. Pape has worked as an early childhood specialist for over 37 years and attributes her success to her personal drive and her love for children.

Ms. Pape received her Master's Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University in 1962 and is a member of the National Education Association and Arizona Education Association. She is a volunteer for the Shadow Rock United Church of Christ and hopes to grow professionally in the future.

A Stepping Stone Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive early childhood education and family literacy programs to educate children and families who have limited opportunities.
