With approximately 30 years of professional experience, Rev. Perrin specializes in teaching literacy, organizing employee assistance programs, leading youth development programs, reviewing and performing administrative duties and teaching elementary students. She is responsible for training teachers in the art of literacy instruction to prepare students for national assessments as well as managing administrative operations. Rev. Perrin became involved in her profession as a result of her determination to prepare students for a productive life in society. She attributes her success to her faith in God and her passion for her profession. Rev. Perrin believes that planning and discipline coexist with methods and evaluation in maintaining a productive focus and acquiring success at the task.

A certified principal and superintendent, Rev. Perrin received her Master's Degree in Literacy from the University of Pittsburgh and her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Fayetteville State University. She aspires to become a chief executive officer or a superintendent of an educational institute.
