With more than 21 years of professional experience in finance, Mr. Quinn has honed an expertise in mergers and acquisitions (domestic and international). At his current post, he spearheads M&A and oversees profit margin management, financial reports, information technology, taxation, and human resources. His industry expertise includes public relations, public affairs, investor relations, advertising, design, mortgage banking, real estate, and broker dealers/specialists. He has worked under private equity and through an IPO. Mr. Quinn received his certification as a public accountant (CPA) and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University in 1995. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York in 1986 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Honor Society for Business Schools.
