With an impressive background of more than 24 years in organizational and security program development, Ms. Bell has worked with managers at upper, mid and supervisory levels in both training and consulting capacity. Her career background in helping organizations and people grow allows her to understand and to accomplish organizational goals in policy development and execution of programs, many of which have been in the professional security arena with an emphasis on human resources. She is considered an expert in the areas of employer and third-party screening programs and appears as a guest speaker for management and other training conferences.

Prior to joining of The Coca-Cola Company in 1997, Ms. Bell served as Deputy Director of Security Operations for The Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (1993-1996) and Vice President of a prestigious private security firm (1988-1993). She began her career in the management and security field with IBM (1971-1984). Ms. Bell has been the recipient of awards or merit from each endeavor including the honor of being selected to participate in the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay.

Ms. Bell's goal is to develop and provide "hands on" programs designed to help organizations of all sizes optimize the performance of their people while protecting their business.
