Ms. MacMillan brings six years of professional experience in auditing to Albert Einstein Healthcare Network. As coding auditor, she is responsible for reviewing physicians' documentations, educating physicians on current and changing coding guidelines and on federal and state regulations, analyzing, reporting and running an audit on medical records, and working with coding personnel in identifying and correcting omissions in the records. Ms. MacMillan began her career as a receptionist at a doctor's office, eventually progressing to her current position through perseverance and diligence. In addition to her work for Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, she teaches medical coding and billing at the Community College of Philadelphia.

A Certified Professional Coder and a Certified Physician Coding Specialist, Ms. MacMillan is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and the American College of Medical Coding Specialists. She enjoys her work and looks forward to more years in the same capacity.
