With 14 years of professional experience in information technology, Ms. Kestler excels in the government contracting environment by utilizing superior interpersonal skills with the customer, performs systems analysis on a daily basis and serves as a database designer. As senior consultant, she is responsible for providing technical support, resolving conflicts, and developing and implementing graphical front-end database systems. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Ms. Kestler honed her skills at VSE Corporation in Virginia. The recipient of the National Security Agency Award for Outstanding Work in 1997, 2007 and 2008, as well as a certificate of recognition while serving on the EPM project for Northrop Grumman Information Technology/TASC, she attributes her success to the support she receives from her mom and her dad who is deceased but was a great influence in guiding her in the right career path.

Ms. Kestler earned her Bachelor of Science from Villa Julie College now known as Stevenson University in 1993. She looks forward to continuing her professional growth while helping Northrop Grumman win new government contracts.
