With more than 20 years of experience in counseling services, Ms. Robinson is responsible for conducting chapel services, counseling patients with anxiety, depression and grief, and dealing with women's issues. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to personally help the mentally ill and attributes her success to her hard work, determination and a supportive spouse.

An ordained minister and licensed clinical professional counselor, Ms. Robinson holds a Master of Science in Pastoral Counseling. She is affiliated with the Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors of Maryland, the American Mental Health Counselors Association, the American Counseling Association, Association Brethen Caregivers, Pathways to Promise, ADnet Anabaptist Disabilities Network, Healing Touch International, the Association of Professional Chaplains, the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and the American Academy of Bereavement. Ms. Robinson is a Certified Pastoral Bereavement Specialist.

Ms. Robinson is featured on a 22-minute DVD entitled Offering Hope: The Church's Role with Mental Illness and she provided the voiceover for Mental Health Ministry, which is available via ABC at (800) 323-8039.

Ms. Robinson works to provide disaster relief to disaster survivors through the Church of the Brethen and actively supports Heifer International, Church World Service, Shepherds Staff, and the Carroll County Food Sunday.
