With more than 24 years of professional experience, Mr. Summers specializes in account management and healthcare management and is responsible for negotiating contracts in the states of Kansas, New Mexico and Nebraska. He has held positions in sales, marketing, new product development, business development and is a registered pharmacist. Mr. Summers considers being honored by Johnson & Johnson with the President Award four times to be his greatest career accomplishment and attributes his success to his work ethic. He stays current with the trends in his profession by attending seminars and reading Pharmaceutical Executive and Harvard Business Review. Mr. Summers believes that developing close partnerships with customers is the most important issue facing his profession today.

Currently pursuing his MBA through Capella University, Mr. Summers received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas in 1978. He is affiliated with the American Pharmaceutical Association, the Kansas Pharmacists Association and the Hawaii Pharmacists Association. He hopes to become more involved in international assignments in the future.
